Due to the explanatory works carried out by officers of the General department of criminal intelligence of the RA police, Arnak M., DOB 1973, came to the police at 17:30 on August 13. The man had been wanted by law enforcers of Kolchugin region, Vladimirskaya oblast, RF, charged under article 162, section 4, clause «B» of the Russian criminal code /robbery/ since August 24, 2009.
