On Wednesday Augut 27 at 9 a.m. Shirak A. , DOB 1977, was detained in Yerevan following operational search measurs taken by offcers of Nor Nork police division along with members of the Council of Veterans of Avan and Nor Nork administrative districts of the city of Yerevan.
