After 4 years on the run man wanted for swindling detained at "Bagratashen" BCP

Thanks to special measures taken by officers from Bagratashen division of the RA Police, Artur Kh., DOB 1978, was detained at Bagratashen BCP. The man had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 178, part 2, points 1 and 2 /swindling/ since December 27, 2012.
