Police Chief receives Georgia’s Ambassador to Armenia (VIDEO and PHOTOS)

On Wednesday, February 24 Head of Police of the Republic of Armenia received Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to Armenia Tengiz Sharmanashvili who is about to complete his diplomatic mission in our country.
Making welcoming remarks, Vladimir Gasparyan noted that throughout the recent years the relationship between the police structures of the two countries have been consistently strengthened and expanded, ensuring a solid foundation for further improvement.
Tengiz Sharmanashvili thanked for the warm welcome extended to him and underlined that Police of the Republic of Armenia has always been willing to support its partners from the neighboring country, thanks to this a number of projects have been implemented promoting the common fight against crime.
The two sides stated their conviction that the Armenian-Georgian Police Cooperation will further deepen and develop enhancing effectiveness in the fight against crime.
The meeting agenda also included other issues of mutual interest.
