The anniversary of the General Investigation Department of the RA Police solemnly celebrated (VIDEO and PHOTO)

On Tuesday June 10 the solemn celebration of the 51-st anniversary of the formation of the General Investigation Department was held in the Police boardroom.
Head of Police of the Republic of Armenia Vladimir Gasparyan congratulated investigators on the occasion of their professional day.  
Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia Gevorg Kostanyan extended his congratulations to the entire staff of the GID of the RA Police and highly appreciated the activities of the Investigative corps of the Police.
In his speech, Head of the General Investigations Department of the RA Police Gagik Hambardzumyan touched upon the activities of the GID, outlined plans for future and expressed his gratitude for appreciating their work.
At the end of the meeting a group of investigators were awarded by the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia.
In pursuant to the decree of the Head of the RA Police Vladimir Gasparyan, upon the ocassion of their professional day high performance recognition awards were presented to a  number of GID officers.
