After 18 years on the run, wanted woman turns herself to the Police

Russian citizen Laura A., DOB 1966, turned herself to the police following special measures and explanatory work carried out by officers from Police Central division. The woman had been wanted by law enforcement agencies of the city of Pyatigorsk, Russia, charged for theft since September 12, 1997.
