After 10 years on the run, man wanted by Russian law enforcement bodies turns himself in to the Police

On Tuesday, April 21 at 7:30 p.m. Avag D., DOB 1978, turned himself in at Kotayk police division. The man had been wanted by law enforcement bodies of Krasnodar krai, Russia, charged for hooliganism since September 20, 2005.
