The draft law cancelled

As previously reported, the draft law of the Republic of Armenia “On making addenda to the RA Code of Administrative violations” was placed on the official website of the police of the Republic of Armenia, namely in the subsections «Public debates» and “Bills” of the section “Legislation”.
The draft law had been elaborated by the Legal department of the RA police on the basis of letters of complaints received from tens of intellectuals.
RA police chief Vladimir Gasparyan, taking into consideration the faults and drawbacks of the draft law which were revealed during the discussions, as well as noting that this issue is currently one of the priorities of the RA police, cancelled the draft law.
