Man wanted by Russian law enforcers on theft charge

On December 3 Arayik H., DOB 1967, was detained in Dmitrov village by officers of the General Department of Criminal Intelligence, Ararat provincial Department and Artashat division of the RA Police. The detainee had been wanted by Russian law enforcers charged with theft  since May 6 of this year.
