Fugitive detained after 17 years on the run from Russian law enforcement bodies

Laura A., DOB 1966, who had been wanted by law enforcement bodies of Pyatigorsk city, Russia, charged for theft since 1997, was detained by officers of the Central police division at 15 Amiryan street, Yerevan, at 10:00 on February 6.
