Large-scale swindler detained after arriving from Krasnoyarsk to Yerevan

As a result of operational search measures taken by officers of the General Department of Criminal Intelligence along with their colleagues from «Zvartnots» Line division of Police of the Republic of Armenia, Aghasi Adamyan, DOB 1972, was detained after arriving in Armenia by Krasnoyarsk-Yerevan flight on Friday March 7 at 4:45 p.m. The detainee had been wanted charged under the Republic of Armenia Criminal Code, article 178, part 2, point 2, namely: swindling committed in large amounts, since February 1, 2003.
Custody has been selected as a measure of restraint.
The initiator of the intelligence has been reported about Aghasi A’s detection.
