Representatives of “National Center for Legal Researches” NGO visit the Police (VIDEO)

On Wednesday, May 30 Deputy Head of Police of the Republic of Armenia, Police Colonel Hovhannes Kocharyan received representatives of “National Center for legal researches” NGO, led by Chairman of the NGO’s Board Mr. Kamo Asatryan.
Welcoming the guests, Hovhannes Kocharyan presented the work done jointly with the NGO and the OSCE to raise public confidence in the police, highlighting the need to continue cooperation especially in community policing and community council formation.
During the meeting the two sides also discussed new opportunities for cooperation within the framework of police reforms. Kamo Asatryan assured of the NGO's readiness to render professional and practical support to the police reforms. 
The meeting agenda also included other issues of mutual interest.
