Police detain wanted man: a clasp knife discovered in detainee’s possession during his personal inspection

On Wednesday March 5 at 6 p.m. Arman G., DOB 1990 was detained by officers of the Central police division  at 8 Sayat-Nova avenue, Yerevan. The detainee had been wanted under the Republic of Armenia criminal code, article 117, part 2, point 6 /infliction of willful medium-gravity damage to health committed  with hooligan motive/ since February 27 of this year. A clasp knife (total length: 21.5 sm, length of knife blade: 10 sm) was discovered in detainee’s possession during his personal inspection.
Forensic technical examination has been assigned.
Investigation is underway.
